Installation of a separate test room

Another project that’s very close to our hearts is the construction of an independent measuring room within 4fastening. The measuring room is expected to be completed by mid-2022.

This will offer us a wide range of measuring and testing possibilities on site: strength, functional and corrosion tests, metallographic analyses, spectral analyses and geometric measurements. In addition, the set-up gives us the possibility of reacting more quickly to measurement orders and of convincing our clients of the measurement and testing competences in quality management at 4fastening. Whereas previously we had to rely on the infrastructure of the KAMAX locations, the opening of the measuring room enables us to increase the efficiency of our work and reduce waiting times.

All in all, we’re getting closer and closer to our goal of building a fully comprehensive infrastructure at our site in Pohlheim.
