Patrick Lutz was born in 1978 in Laubach/Hesse and has been Managing Director of 4fastening GmbH since January 2020.

Before joining the KAMAX Group in 2005, where he held operational and strategic responsibility in local and global purchasing functions, he gained experience in purchasing and sales functions in the automotive supply industry and warehouse technology and factory equipment industry.

Patrick Lutz is married and is the father of a daughter and a son.

Stefanie Diehl was born in Alsfeld in 1989.

Before joining the KAMAX Group in 2011, she trained as an industrial clerk.

From 2011 to 2012, she worked at the Alsfeld plant in the Customer Service department.

From 2012 to 2017 she supported the logistics at 4fastening to then take over the area as Manager Logistics in 2017.

Stefanie Diehl is the mother of a son.

Vedat Artik was born in 1972 in Herborn.

He has been a member of the KAMAX Group since 2016. Initially in the central division, KAMAX Automotive, he moved to the GmbH and was responsible for the purchasing of the German operations of the KAMAX Group until the end of 2019.

From 2020, he managed the SCM area of the Homberg plant and moved to 4fastening in Pohlheim on 01 July 2021.

He studied business administration at the THM Gießen/Friedberg.

Before joining the KAMAX Group, he worked in both the non-automotive and automotive supply industries.

Jan Hofmann was born in 1987 in Giessen and has been with 4fastening since 2023.

In 2014, he completed his mechanical engineering technician at the Technikerschule Butzbach and in 2019 he took further training in technical business administration.

Prior to his employment at 4fastening GmbH, Jan had already worked in the automotive supply industry for several years.

In his previous employment, various QM topics were part of his daily work and he continued his education to become an IATF 16949 1st and 2nd Party Auditor.

Julian Weigel was born in Alsfeld in 1989 and has been with 4fsetning since 2023.

Before joining the KAMAX Group in 2012, he completed a degree in economics with a focus on logistics.

From 2012 to 2018, he worked as a project engineer in the logistics department and was able to gain a wide range of insights into the entire KAMAX Group.

In 2018, he moved to the Purchasing department, where he was responsible for the logistics, packaging materials, automation solutions and process media product groups.
